Seedy Coconut Flapjacks
'Seedy' defining something that is not of great condition, perhaps undesiable...well these flapjacks are definitely seedy but anything but undesirable! Give them a go and see for yourself!
Makes ~15 flapjacks
Ingredients:
250g oats
150ml honey
180ml coconut oil
40g milled flaxseed
40g sunflower seeds
40g desiccated coconut
40g sesame seeds
25g chia seeds
Method:
1). Preheat oven to 150/Gas mark 2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3). In a 30cm*20cm baking tray, press down the ingredients.
4). Bake for 20 minutes.
5). Leave to cool in the tin before cutting into square.
6). Enjoy!
