Mocha Bircher
This is class and requires no explanation.
I used an Alpro chocolate protein milk to increase protein and get that chocolatey flavour. Nuts add some healthy fats and of course the oats are packed with carbohydrates aka brain fuel, which contain beta-glucans which are excellent for heart health. The coffee adds some caffeine, a lovely little performance enhancer if you use appropriately and accordingly.
This is a high-calorie-high-carbohydrate brekkie for athletes that have an intense day ahead of them. If you want reduce the calorie content but maintain the carbs, remove the pecans and hazelnuts, you'll remove ~200kcal.

120ml Alpro chocolate protein milk
