Peri Peri Chicken Bites
This is a simple high protein snack that is much more affordable and will help you to save the pennies rather than buying costly protein bars/powder. Make loads and keep in the fridge so when you fancy a snack you can reach for these. I recommend marinading the chicken for about 30 minutes but don't stress if you don't have the time.
Serves 3
Ingredients:
300g chicken breasts sliced into strips
Nando’s peri peri coat and cook - various flavours the medium went down a treat.
Method:
1). Heat a frying pan on a medium heat - no oil.
2). Add marinaded (30min) chicken strips.
3). Cook on medium heat for approx 10 minutes or until cooked through.
4). Enjoy!
