Chai Porridge
This is a delicious warming winter breakfast.
Packed with carbs so great for those more intense training days.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
50g porridge
200ml milk of choice
4 cardamon pods
2 cloves
1/2tsp. ground cinnamon
2 chai tea bags
1tsp. honey
Method:
1). Place everything into a sauce pan and cooked over a medium heat for ~5mins until creamy.
2). Remove the tea bags, cardamons pods, and cloves.
3). Serve with some yogurt, a splash more milk and some toasted nuts.
4). Enjoy!
