Marshmallows Squares
Ideal for a providing carbs for fuelling those longer rides (of brain fuel for jigsaw puzzles) and it's a lightweight snack so not adding much extra weight! Oh and so simple to make.
Serves 12
Ingredients:
120g Rice Krispies
35g butter
200g marshmallow
Method:
1). Melt butter over a low heat and then add the marshmallows, continually stirring until smooth.
2). Then pour over the Rice Krispies and working quickly to combine everything. Press onto a 7" square tin. Try wetting your hands and pressing to make a flat surface - I find the mixture sticks less to wet hands rather than trying to use a spoon.
3). Leave to cool and then cut into 12 squares.
4). Enjoy!
